CPT creates innovative programs tailored to fit everyone regardless of where they are on their fitness journey. When writing each workout, we are very methodical while creating every movement with physiology and biomechanics in mind. Every move has a purpose and we prioritize the importance of establishing that mind-to-muscle connection.

The majority of clients will train 3-6 times a week and our programs are designed to support consistent weekly routines without any worry of overtraining. We test every program before they are released to the members to ensure it meets CPT standards.

The benefits from being consistent with our programs have been continuously proven. The positive change in health markers, the obvious strength gain, the incredible aesthetic changes from body recomposition, and the most important being the overall mental health and emotional well being our members have achieved. We take extreme pride and dedication here at CPT and taking care of our members is our number one priority.

Kadi Rae Carr

My name is Kadi Rae Carr, and I am the proud owner and creator of Carr Performance Training. Throughout my life, I have been deeply involved in sports. However, an unfortunate shoulder injury forced me to step back from the game I loved.

During this challenging time, I discovered the power and benefits of training. Not only did it aid in my physical recovery, but it also became a source of solace and strength for me during my darkest days. I knew then that I wanted to help others experience the positive impact that training can have on their lives.

That’s why I created Carr Performance Training. Whether you prefer in-person training sessions or the convenience of our CPT app, I wanted to make sure that everyone, regardless of their skill level or background, could be a part of this incredible community.

At Carr Performance Training, we strive to provide a straightforward and convenient approach to training. Our goal is to make training accessible and enjoyable for people from all walks of life. We welcome individuals of all levels, whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey.

I don’t even know where to begin. Ive been Training with CPT since late 2018, I have always been battling with my disease, and weight, and CPT has been the first to really understand me, and help me get into the best shape I have ever been in. There was so many things doctors, and surgeons said I would never be able to do, but CPT changed all of that! I don’t know what I would do without the program, it truly is one of a kind, and Kadi’s commitment, and passion to every program she writes is amazing.

Carr Performance Training has allowed me to unlock my potential. Having suffered from multiple joint injuries I have found it challenging to continue consistent training at points in my life.
