Membership Rights and Obligations:

  1. Use of Facilities: Member is granted the right to use our facilities, equipment, and services during group training class times only, subject to any rules and regulations set forth by the Carr Performance Training.
  2. Code of Conduct: Member agrees to abide by Carr Performance Training code of conduct, which includes but is not limited to respectful behavior towards staff and other members, proper use of equipment, and adherence to the CPT policies.
  3. Membership Fees: The Member shall pay the membership fee as outlined in Section 5 above, as per the agreed payment terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of the membership.
  4. Membership Freeze or Cancellation: The Member may request a temporary freeze or cancellation of their membership by providing written notice to Carr Performance Training. Cancellation policies require 30 day written notice to info@carrperformancetraining.com. One final payment will be processed and then your billing cycle will end. You have the right to continue coming to the training sessions until your 30 days is exhausted. Membership freezes are available, but are determined case by case and terms are subject to the discretion of CPTs admin.
  5. Personal Belongings: Carr Performance Training is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to Member’s personal belongings while on the premises. Members are encouraged to secure their belongings appropriately.
  6. Health and Safety: Member acknowledges that they are in good physical condition to participate in fitness activities and will not hold CPT liable for any injuries or health-related issues that may arise during their use of the facilities or participation in classes.
  7. Termination: Carr Performance Training reserves the right to terminate the membership in case of a breach of contract, non-compliance with CPT policies, or any unlawful behavior.
