Semi-Private
Our Semi-Private Personal Training program combines the personalized attention of one-on-one training with the energy and accountability of a small group. This program is perfect for beginners, and those who are just starting or getting back into their fitness journey. We designed this program to have a maximum group size of six, so you’ll benefit from tailored workouts, individualized guidance from our seasoned elite trainers , and a supportive community focused on your success. Whether you're looking to build strength, refine your technique, or achieve lasting results, our program is designed to help you reach your goals. Group Training
Our Group Program offers a dynamic and motivating workout experience in an intimate, supportive group setting with a 10-person max. This program is ideal for individuals with prior workout experience who value the community aspect of training. You’ll receive personalized coaching, modifications as needed and a focus on proper form to ensure safe and effective workouts.
Our sessions prioritize Strength Training, Conditioning, Flexibility, and overall fitness improvement, helping you feel stronger, move better, and stay injury-free. Online Only
Our Gym Program is perfect for those who train at gyms like Gold’s Gym, LA Fitness, or Planet Fitness or have a Garage Gym at home with a squat rack and barbell. Our Home Program is designed for workouts done right in your home without the need to have the gym setup. All workouts can be done using minimal equipment (just resistance bands, dumbbells, and sliders).
PROGRAMMED WORKOUTS: Get up to five workouts per week for both the Gym and Home Programs, year-round. No guesswork—just show up and crush it.
WORKOUT TRACKING: Track your progress with rest timers, autoplay exercise videos, and offline tracking. Rearrange your schedule, view your history, and set personal goals with ease.
